I am throwing this question to you because I think you research more on this places.I asking about school education for kids,cost of living,accommodation, entertainment,all facilities etc.

All these things are same in both places. Only job opportunities are better in Saskatoon.

Do we need to carry and submit this form with the immigration authorities at the Point Of Entry to Canada?.
I read the instruction guide and it says the following.

I am a new permanent resident. Do I need to apply for a PR Card?
If you are a new permanent resident, you will automatically receive your new card by mail when you first arrive in Canada. This is part of the immigration process and you do not need to apply for a PR Card.

But I have filled and keep them in terms of security. If these forms are necessary, So where will we get the Internet to complete them? If the forms are not required I will throw them.

hope you have prepared for your journey....... i have got AOR, recently heard that no file transfer email from local visa office. its almost 42 days passed since received AOR from cio. but recently i faced two strange people in my office who want to know details about my job and family? can they verify people like this? how many days it will take for medical?

Some visa offices don't send File Transfer information. Like London, Sigapore
May be that strangers were embassy people, They can do it.
Medical Request takes 8 to 10 months nowadays.
