When can I collect our passport from VFS? As I can see the following message in VFS Tracking.

Visa application, tracking ID No.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx– Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office NEW DELHI, on 27/03/2018 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website

The travel document number on MYCIC page for my son is updated with old passport details. I did sent his new passport details after the renewal, looks to be a data entry mistake. As you have received the COPR, does it also have your passport number mentioned along with visa details. I have sent an email to Delhi Immigration email id. Any thing else you could advise I should be doing?

I provided only the renewed passport to VFS after consulting them. The passport visa will be stamped would be the new one. I am yet to receive the passports from NDVO, if the COPR will have correct details then nothing to worry. Have already sent an email to Delhi Immigration, not sure whether they would correct the mistake before sending the passports back.

Well, this weird. did you talk to VFS, they might saw these sort of cases before. They may have idea. or Might be Ashu can guide you

Its' weird and hopefully only a entry mistake on MYCIC and rest of the things should be fine. I did checked for similar issues on the forum and have come across few cases where similar error were committed. The issue was rectified by NDVO but the passport has to be resubmitted to the VFS.

I am waiting for Ashu's expert advise.

what is status column for your son ? (Your document is valid)

here is example of mine

Name = Unique Client Identifier (UCI) = Document Document number = Status = Expiry Date = Status Updated Date = Travel document Number = Country of Issue
xxxxx xxxxx = 9xxxxx = Counterfoil = T6xxxxxxxx = Your document is valid. = 2018/06/17= 2018/03/23 = Pxxxxx = India

Yes the status is same as yours, the only problem is that the "Travel Document Number" is showing his old passport number.
Now not sure that whether they would update the new passport details at MYCIC and it would continue to show the old details.
As I have given only the new passport for stamping, they would paste the visa and add the new passport details on the COPR. (my thinking).
Does the COPR has details about the passport? Any expert comments?
