Hi,

I have few questions regarding post ITA application submission. would be great if you guys could help.

1- what is the processing fee that i need to submit along with application?
2- when will I get the ECAS login?
3- After receiving ITA my NOC has been changed from 2171 to 2173 by system which is incorrect. can i change my NOC after ITA? i have sent case specific query to ask CIC lets see when they reply. what do you guys recommend?
4- my spouse name was changed after marriage and i have only updated national IDs and marriage certificate. has anyone experienced the same situation and how did you tackle it? please share your experience.

I will ask questions as i proceed with application submission right now i am at the stage of post ITA filling out forms.
thanks in advance for your help.

4. Did you get it changed on passport?yes i did. the new name is on the passport.

I think your total application processing fee (without RPRF) will be 1250 CAD (550 PA + 550 Spouse + 150 baby). Please confirm from the link above

For processing CAD (550+550+150) and for RPRF CAD (490+490+0)
2- when will I get the ECAS login?
Like someone else said, the answer to this is not definite, but most people get access within 2 weeks after Medical Status changes to 'Passed' in your myCIC

You absolutely can.

Not many people have this issue, most people provide a legal change of name document along with the updated documents.

Hi,
I need urgent advice on the following matter:
1- my spouse has work experience but since i cant provide her exp letters so i am skipping this on after post ITA forms and mentioning it on Personal history section only. so is it Ok to do this?
2- since there is one file upload option only. i assume i have to accumulate all docs in one pdf file and upload. right?
3- this one is very important. i have a saving bank account in which i have the required amount for more than 6 months. so do i need to show only this accounts bank statement or all other bank statements as well? like i have my other bank account where salary is transferred and i have a big credit card loan as well. so do i to mention this as well or skip it?
4- bank statement is what they require or some kind of a 'official letter' as they have stated?
plz help guys
thanks in advance

1. Ok
2. Yes
3. Just the one which shows minimum pof. You can also show salary account as it will help officer to assure that you have paid job. Is the loan in same account? Skip account that has loans.
4. Ask for a certificate from bank on their letter head. Cover all points required by cic.

Skip account that has loans.yes the salary account has credit card with huge bill and if i pay the bill i wont be able to maintain minimum fund requirement
4. Ask for a certificate from bank on their letter head. Cover all points required by cic. i need to draft the letter then. do you know how to calculate average balance?

marriage certificate carries both names, so affidavit is not needed + if the passport bears spouse name, then i don't think it's needed

Skip the one with loan.

Ask the bank guy to help you. I took the cic guide with me and requested my bank to give me exact details required by cic. Tell them its vital for your application and cic is very particular about this. They should help you. Give them loyal customer and other fancy words. Cheers.
