Hello Seniors,

Please help me with the following queries for submitting the post ITA documents:

1. For passport copy submission, will only the first and last page of the passport of all the family members suffice considering that there is no visa/stamps or markings on other pages.

2. For proof of employment, should all the documents like the offer letter, relieving letter, reference letters and pay stubs be zipped in one file and then uploaded?

3. For proof of funds, will online bank statements for the last 1 year suffice or should I get it signed from the branch and then scan it?

4. If a particular file has more than 1 document to be uploaded then how do we do that?

Please advise.

Thank You.

Generally they require only photo page and visas/stamps/mark pages, but there were several rejections due to not submitting the full copy of passport. So I suggest to scan and upload all the pages

2. For proof of employment, should all the documents like the offer letter, relieving letter, reference letters and pay stubs be zipped in one file and then uploaded?
You need a reference stating your position, dates of hire, duties, full-time notice or stating how many hours per week, and salary.

3. For proof of funds, will online bank statements for the last 1 year suffice or should I get it signed from the branch and then scan it?
Bank statement showing your funds - with bank headletter, signature and stamp. Statement should be for at least 6 months to show your money belong to you (not a loan, not borrowed, etc)

4. If a particular file has more than 1 document to be uploaded then how do we do that?
Merge them into one doc. The doc should be not more than 4 Mb, but still clear and readable.

Please advise.

Thank You.
Please also keep in mind that all docs in the language other than English should have certified translations.

Hi Sluffy,

Thank you for your response.

So, we are a family of 3. You suggest to scan all the passports from beginning to end?

For Bank Statements, when you say it should be signed, then I assume, I have to take the online statement and get it signed from the bank right?

I am uploading all the documents in pdf format. Is that correct?

When you say merge all the documents into one, you mean all the pdfs should be clubbed into a single pdf?

Please advise.

On the one hand, there is a possibility to be rejected due to pages missing, on the other hand, there is a problem to scan and upload 3 passports. It's up to you to choose.

I would suggest to ask it at your bank branch just because an online statement doesn't usually come on a bank letterhead.

I suppose pdf is fine, but check what information at you upload boxes says. Photos can be uploaded in jpeg.

When you say merge all the documents into one, you mean all the pdfs should be clubbed into a single pdf?
You have separate boxes for every set of documents.
For example, for one employment you have a reference letter and pay stubs. in your application you have just one box for it - so merge these files.
Or bank statement + translation - should be merged and uploaded as one file.

Please advise.

If I were u, I would exactly as asked. see below:
