If there is no recent address change and if the passport is issued in India, PCC is issued same day when candidate goes to Passport seva Kendra after having filled online application form and taken due appointment. Make sure you select the correct police station for your address while filling form.I am not sure what are the processing times in India for PCC right now. But you can use the below link to apply for PCC.
Guys anyone applying for Indian PCC in India please advise.
Congrats on getting your ITA!Glad to be here.
Received ITA on 15th also, Gathering documents now.
For P.O.Box, I put 0 since i didn't have one. It then allowed me to continue.
Where did it ask for address details of your father?I am now filling in the requested information about my family and I have a question.
I have not spoken to my father in about 3 years and as such I am currently unaware of his city of residence or even his country of residence.
For city I could put in 'Unknown', but what do I select as country?
It's in Personal Details and then 'Family'.Where did it ask for address details of your father?
I thought those are details of dependents that will accompany us to Canada. Do we have to fill out or immediate family details even if they are not applying for PR with us?It's in Personal Details and then 'Family'.
It asks for all immediate relatives. It doesn't ask for specific addresses, but it does for name, date of birth, country of birth and country and city of residence
I assumed so, especially since it says: 'If the relative is deceased, provide the date of death.'I thought those are details of dependents that will accompany us to Canada. Do we have to fill out or immediate family details even if they are not applying for PR with us?
It certainly doesn't have an impact on points but if you are a FSW applicant you have to be extremely careful that it doesn't have an impact on your eligibility under the six selection factors.Hi Everyone,
Is it a problem if I change my primary NOC post iTA? I actually thought it's the most recent job but realize now it's got to be the one you have most experience in. Also, I changed NOC post iTA for 2 of my jobs from 0111 (Finance Manager) to 1112 (Financial Analysts). Will that be a problem? It doesn't have an impact on points so I am hoping it wouldn't be an issue.
Thanks for the help.

If you enter street number below, you can leave PO box blankThe PR application asks for a P.O. box under mailing address (might be just for US applicants, not sure). I do not have one though, and it won't let me leave it blank. What should I put there?
You can pick any city and live wherever you please, just do not pick any city in Quebec.Under 'Application Details' it asks what province and city you plan to reside in. I plan to reside wherever I get a job. If I just pick a city, will I be held to that? What happens if you say BC but then get a job in Ontario and decide to settle there?
