They have a fairly quick turnaround time if your Passport was issued in SFO

I am not much experienced, I got an ITA today and I have started my application process. Once you choose continue application after you get an ITA you will get a checklist of documents you need and you have 90 days to submit the documents.

You're right and the 'Document checklist' gets generated depending on the prior information- for instance, 2 mentions of experience under Work History would generate fields to input 2 different employment letters. Change in name would generate a 'Legal Name change doc' which is common for those who have changed their name post marriage etc.
