hello frnds,
I applied on 29 September and waiting for it. On 12 dec is my sister marriage so hoping to make it there.. can i travel with just work permit and TRV can get in India..please tell whatt date is going of applications. One of my friends has got for 31 August..any update please reply...

That is the choice you have to make, either miss the wedding or go tot he wedding and risk not being able to come back in time.

Hi .. my post graduation work permit is aaproved on 27 nov 2018 but still I do not get my pgwp permit. Its almost 6 weeks . What should I do now because I am going to India on 22 jan .My flight was on 29 dec 2018 but I delayed due to this reason. Is there any chance to grab my pgwp from border so that I can travel to India

Try to call CIC ..

I am not sure about the border but if they will resend it , it wont take that long coz canada post strike been over.
One more question , do you have valid TRV ?

Yes... I have visa till 30 march 2019 but the cic agent said that you are not allowed to re enter in canda because your study is finished in august 2018

yea .. you need both of them to returning to canada .. That is why i was making sure that you have valid TRV along with work permit to return to canada
