You must have your In Canada approval letter in your iRCc account. Sign in that print that letter. Thats it. With Valid TRV and that letter, no body will stop you entering Canada. Make sure you return to Canada before your TRV expires. Or if you get your permit when you are in India, then you can also apply TRV within India.

I got post graduation work permit but I am going to India on 22 jan but my trv expire on 31 march. Please tell me how can I stamp my passport in India.

Apply For TRV within Canada and you will get Passport request in 4-5 days. Then with that Passport request letter submit your Passport to VFS at CHANDIGARH or any nearest Canadian Embassy. They will stamp your TRV.
