The officer didn't seem to look through my application carefully. I DID study for eight months full-time in a University, I was only a part-time student on my last semester, because there wasn't anymore required courses for me to complete the program.
I am going to sent a reconsideration letter. Worst case, I have to re-apply with an extra letter from school I guess.
