IRCC not even picking up my call these days and processing time for pgwp is 110 that sucks i cant work for 4 months!!!
For tr to pr, only at the time of submitting application, you must be working. After that it doesn't matter. So don't worry about that. However, I know it's hard not working. I don't know what is the reason for this delay..

May I ask why 27/28th are also federal holidays?
Maybe because the above fall on this weekend that's why perhaps?
