For tr to pr, only at the time of submitting application, you must be working. After that it doesn't matter. So don't worry about that. However, I know it's hard not working. I don't know what is the reason for this delay..

This is from a page detailing the federal holidays which all federal employees are ENTITLED.
It's public information, and it's pretty obvious: next couple of days are federal holidays
I could see :
December 25, Saturday Christmas Day
December 26, Sunday Boxing Day
May I ask why 27/28th are also federal holidays?
Dec 27 is a holiday in Canada but I am not sure if the decisions are instant. So looking at it from a process workflow perspective, it is likely that decisions rolled out a few days ago, end up showing up today.

when i applied the wait time was 93 days
now its 109 days!

I dont know but im waiting for more than 109 days of processing time. And i think holidays affect the time much
