This gives me hope! Mine is W306063, I applied on August 28. I received an email today, which I think is automated - "We're still working on your application". Based on what I've seen on this forum, a lot of applicants from July are still waiting for approval. How's that fair?
Did your eligibility review start? My W0 number is similar to yours.

Not yet  But 3 of my classmates applied on Oct 2nd and received an email today that their eligibility review started.
Maybe they're choosing the easier applications first and leaving the complex/complicated ones for last? Who knows :D

Thanks, I really need the approval before December. I plan to go visit my home country for Christmas, and having the PGWP approved would make my return to Canada much easier.
IRCC is a mystery for me. Never understood the logic of their application process. Sometimes they process applications in under a month, sometimes they take 2 years. I guess they "forget" about some?
just a quick reminder, in order to travel outside Canada and return, you need a valid TRV. I am not sure when your current visa is going to be expired, but if you are planning to apply for a visa after your PGWP approval, it may take months (150days according to IRCC website).

Fortunately, my country is visa-exempt, and my ETA is valid for another 5 years. I did consult an immigration lawyer before purchasing my plane ticket just to make sure I'll be allowed back to Canada in case my PGWP doesn't get approved by then.

I haven't seen anyone from September to receive approval and they have already started working on october applications!! How is that even logical? It's not fair at all.

I know, right?? It doesn't make sense! They should process the application by date...
