I am in the same boat from september 2020, it's totally annoying -- do you know if one is allowed to continue to work for so long on implied status?

You can continue working until a decision is made, whether approved or refused. You only stop working if and when you receive the refusal notice.

Wow! that's quick.. I applied on March 26, 2021 and till today haven't heard back from them. I don't know on what basis do they pick up files. It's so annoying.

I applied on March 23 2021 from Quebec, eligibility review started on April 29.
no part-time semesters, no transfers, or anything else that complicates the application
Still waiting for a decision to be made

I applied May 4th only with the unofficial transcript and the explanatory letter that the university is not providing the official documents in paper.
Today i sent a webform with a temporary completion letter saying the estimated graduation date.
No news from IRCC so far.

That's nice. I wonder what's taking them time with my application. Most of my friends who were in the same program as me received it within 2-3 weeks. I guess, I should wait and watch.
