Hi i applied on oct 28 still waiting

Almost 6 months have passed? What is your status in Ca right now? Insurance and work?

I have applied for restoration + pgwp

Those tend to take sometime. No clue why, could be that a senior officer has to review your file.

Should expect an approval soon.
Keep checking your account, even if approved, IRCC sends emails late.

Their system is unpredictable, they issued my work permit on Sunday as on work permit(13th dec)

Also at this point I'd order GCMS notes since that's one way to find out what's happening to your file.
