Here we go again, IRCC makes processing time 3 days longer, things are slowing down...

Expected. Things are actually worse. According to posts here, the actual processing time should be around 110 days

One of friends who applied on June 7th received her work permit on Sept 24th

Hey there, did your friend receive the hardcopy on Sept 24th or it just show "approved" on the website?

Approved today, applied on June 7.
Review started yesterday.
I also only submitted the first page of my passport. I found about that a month ago. I filled the Webform and submit all pages of my pass. they took the new version into account (I got the confirmation of receiving the new version one or two weeks after).

Anyone applied on 3rd june or earlier and still waiting for update. Because I have applied on 3 june and still no updates.
