You can contact you local police station and if they can do favour to you that will be great cause there is no other option or maybe you can send one of your friend to that police station to get you PCC cleared still it depends on the person if he want to do it or not.

Hii td88, I also want to apply for EE and I just sent my application to Sydney. I have one question if you can help me out? while making EE profile, in the question, Do you have nomination from province ? we have to select yes or no. My pnp is not valid for EE.

You can have both applications in process at the same time. Once your one application is approved, you can withdraw the second one.

Hii everyone, I applied for my PCC on October 08 and it shows on portal 4 PCC has been granted. Police verification has been initiated.PCC will be available after police report will received. How long does it take to get my PCC.
