Yes, I applied in Oct (paper application),
Application date/received 14 Oct,
Application linked Oct 28
No update so far,
Even though according to IRCC website the time has already exceeded the normal processing time for paper application (it was 90 days at the time I submitted application)

It took me 2 weeks to link application.
I think they are processing online and paper applications together now, no difference in timeline.
Did you apply on paper as well ?
