Currently, PGWP processing time shows 154 days on IRCC's website as opposed to 21 days for study permit (initial) or 85 days for study permit extension. Do you think that's unfair too?

I waited 180 days and no less for my PGWP so I guess they took pity on me this time :) Sign-in partner or GCKey makes no difference, they are just different methods of logging into the same platform.

Webform never hurts. Worst case they ignore it.

Roughly 20% of all applications go to one of the centres that are heavily backlogged. We're sadly just part of that 20%.
