Applied Nov-8th. The review of eligibility started March-6th but no update since then. Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Is your permit still valid? this could one of the reasons to delay the processing of your application - Not sure though.

I thought of that too, my permit is valid until August. i hope that doesn't mean i will wait for another 4 months

Yes I know. My official letter of completion of studies was issued on Oct. 10.

No, two 1 year programs(8months study), within 2 years.
