If you can explain more. Did he use the same duties listed in their site? Did he only describe in one line or something? Did he not cover majority or duties and lead statement?

If you can provide these info, it would be great help for all.
I didn't get into details with him.. what he told me was.. he missed some specific duties.. as his NOC was for data science ...No ADR nothing.. he submitted in may and rejected in July

Oh. sorry that it happened to him. Hope he gets a new ITA.

Good day Bill, thanks for your continuous help to us.

I received an email from WES last month saying that IRCC can't verify one of my ECA report because I didn't order duplicate report to IRCC. Now that I have ordered the duplicate report to IRCC(2 weeks ago), do you think whether I should scan the paper-based ECA report and upload it through Webform, although they didn't ask for additional document?
I just want to inform them about the updated ECA report so that my application won't be forgotten by the visa officer.

It would help the whole group if your friend can post the text of his rejection letter after omitting personal details of possible. We all can learn something.

one of friend today got rejected... after 4 months... for not describing job duties properly.. no ADR nothing

They dont need it from you but from WES. Since you never requested a copy of the same for IRCC and now have done, it should be OK.
At best you can via CSE inform that you have requested for it from WES.

Hi, I received my ITA today

Can someone answer

1) What all Tests are done in the Medical Examination

Also,

2) I have Kids aged 3 and 8, so what all tests would be done for them.

Thanks

Hi guys,

For proof of education, this is a screenshot of what the submission instructions listed for me as required documents:

wtruLcp.png

To quote, "Examples of proof of education include a diploma and/or degree." This is why I only submitted a scan of my original Bachelor of Science degree with my application, no transcripts. However, browsing through this forum this morning, I came across this:

I have my transcript available as well, but I didn't submit it with my application because the instructions didn't ask for them and I thought a completed degree clearly indicates your post-secondary education was successfully completed. My degree is Canadian so I didn't have to obtain an ECA either. So my question is, is my application fine as is or should I raise a CSE to submit and include my transcript with my application?

Thank you!

Thanks for your input, I just raised a CSE to upload the paper. Just to remind people in IRCC about my application. I was really worried that they might just forget about it.

Hi Everyone,

Got a few queries for Post ITA, eAPR submission of my brother:

1. We have obtained Oman PCC through one of his expat friend in Oman, which states the details of my brother with his Passport number and clarifies that the holder of the certificate does not have any criminal record till date of issuance of the PCC. However, it doesn't mention the exact dates of his stay in Oman (which were for around a year in 2010). Will this be OK?

2. The Oman PCC also doesn't have any mention regarding his Application for PR with Canada and simply defines as Applied For "Others". Is this fine, or will that have to be specific for his Application?

3. He has housing loan (typical in India), for which his repayments (EMIs) reflect in his bank statements. He has shown enough funds available in this account to meet the criteria for POF of IRCC. Does IRCC take into account the outstanding loan dues that need to be cleared before showing the net balance matched with the POF. This will not be possible, unless he sells off the house.

4. For POF, partially he has shown his equity holdings in Stock Markets & Mutual Funds. Will this have to liquidated to get the balance in the Bank Account - he has statements / certificates from these funds (accounts) as easily / readily liquitable already.

5. He is a PNP candidate (Ontario), and has already shown downloaded statements from banks / stock market accounts backed with a Certificate from a professional Chartered Accountant stating all the balances are being available to him easily - at the time of OINP filling. Will he require separate statements / certificates from respective banks / accounts - duly stamped and signed from these institutions for IRCC eAPR, or the dowloaded statements (current dated) backed with the fresh CA certificate (current dated) work with IRCC.

Would be great if someone can help here.

@BillHyatt - you have helped me (and many others) earlier. Would be great if you can extend your support again.

Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, I found this thread as I was googling common reasons for rejections. I sadly faced one yesterday when I received a message from CIC that I have insufficient work documents that can prove I have been working full time on the NOC code for more than 1 year. I still fail to understand what information is exactly required to prove that I'm a software engineer. My title says Software Engineer and I submitted letters from HR stating working hours as 40hrs/week and pay stubs too. I find it very inconvenient to get a rejection after waiting for 4 and half months from ITA and disappointing on CICs part they simply rejected the application instead of asking for additional documents. I'm looking forward to next round of draw but really want to understand the mistake I did so that I don't repeat it. Can someone suggest me a full proof information that will convince the officer on the work experience?

Hi Members,

I am new to the this forum and like of many of you, I have submitted my e-APR PR Application from Pakistan in May 2018. I have passed the medical and presume the timeline of 6 months from May 2018 i.e. to sometime in November 2018 at most. Anyone who may have submitted their application close to these dates and has made any progress please do share.

As I submitted my application under FSW Express Entry in May 2018, if I switch to a new employment, am I required to inform IRCC of the change of employment? by an IRCC Webform? Has anyone been in a similar situation like this ?

I don't know how the new employer will consider my request for a JD to be submitted for immigration application having so recently joined the job. Also does that further delay the background check process that hasn't started as yet in August 2018.

Your response will be highly appreciated.

Your letter from HR did not include job duties/responsibilities as per your NOC?

Hi,

I was just going this thread on and for uploading passport it says that 'Make sure all pages with stamps are also included as IRCC rejected the application in past for not having a stamp for existing of one of the countries.'

The last part of that sentence bothers me and has got me worried. I uploaded just my current passport. Its bio page and pages with visas and stamps but for one of the trips mentioned in my travel history, the exit stamp is in my current passport but the entry stamp is in the previous passport since the visa was in that passport.

Do I need to take any action now such as uploading the previous passport and sending it through the webform? I don't want this silly reason to have any adverse consequences for my application.

Looking forward to hear back from you.

Cheers!

You need reference letters from your HR / Reporting Managers stating your Job Title & Job Duties clearly. Most of the Job Duties (almost 80-90%) mentioned in you reference letter should match with the Job Duties of the NOC on which your application was based (i.e. you wanted CIC to consider your application for the skillset and experience of that particular NOC in EE). Just having matching job titles and providing other documents without Reference Letters would lead to incomplete documents for claimed Work Experience.

Hope this helps. Thanks.
