Dear Bill,

I need your advice about my situation. By mistake my consultant answered No to the question related to previous immigration application. While we had applied and withdrew our application over 10 years ago. We discovered this mistake in our GCMS report since in various places in notes question related to previous application with answer N is mentioned. Would it be an issue and please advise what should be done. Thanks

My file was transferred to LVO in 1st week of November with eligibility and security "not started" in GCMS notes generated on 2nd Dec. 2017. Program Analyst recommended Passed eligibility and all documents are outstanding.

Currently which file transfer date batch of PNP applications LVO processing? Secondly when will they start processing November file transfer PNP applications?

Currently, they are processing October Transfer file with up to 26th July AOR. LVO opens batches after 2-3 months and with that, the next possible dates are 25th January or 22nd February.

It shouldn't be a problem as it was more than 10 Years ago. However, you should be prepared to answer in case of IRCC point this out.

A positive thing is I have seen many applicants with this mistake getting PPR without any problem. Good Luck

Dear Bill,

Thanks for answering. My consultant has raised CSE yesterday mentioning that this information was missed initially and attached the documents related to previously withdrawn case. Would it cause an issue or delay?

Hi.

Need some assistance. I received a message from London Visa Office today asking for the following documents.

1) Principal Applicant - Additional proof of employment : I had submitted a reference letter from my previous employer (first one) which included Job Description and salary details. I had worked at this organization for about 8 years, hence decided to claim points for this one only. However, post this company I have worked for two other companies for which I didn't claim points.

Now they are asking for additional proof of employment for all previous and current employer. Will salary credits in respective bank accounts, experience letter from the companies would suffice? They have also asked for Tax Documents. Does this relate to tax certificate provided by employers?

2) Secondary Applicant - They have asked for proof of employment. What documents should I submit for my wife?

I will be highly obliged if anyone could please guide.

Thanks in advance.

No, it would not delay your case. IRCC will only update information but that wouldn't make a difference as it is beyond 10 Years time which is not needed for the PR purpose.

You do not need the information in bolded, those do not apply to the digital photo.

Stick to the requirements on your document checklist.

FSW-O is processed each week and therefore, it is difficult to tell which one they are currently processing. Some file gets processed in 15-20 days and some are waiting for 6 months to be processed.

For PNP applicants the processing of July, August, September AOR applicants are still pending, therefore, the wait for DEC AOR could last for another 3 months before getting processed. However, in future, the processing may get faster if new resources are added.

I have seen some Sep AOR PNP got PPR from LVO in immitracker. What is the possible explanation of this? Do Sep Aor people file transferred in October?

Don't know how their applications were processed by London while they haven't opened many from even July. Only applicants who got PPR could explain this.

I have seen same pattern in NDVO too. They started giving PPR to Sep AOR 1st then moved back to July & August Candidates. Still some people from NDVO from June & July are waiting. Don't know the details but I think there might be some new PNP processing standards in Place from Sep AOR on ward. Even now a days Medical Passed time duration for PNP candidates reduced from 4 weeks to 18 -20 days.
