Hi friends, Wait is killing!!! Thinking of sending an email to CIC what say? Pls provide input as ND has not even updated my new address after 7 months of reminders.

I was also feeling frustrated and hence I did send mail to CIC last week. Don't know what others have to say but I definately cannot sit in dark without any update or information.

Sent two case specific inquiry, got reply on the first saying RPRF draft is incorrect. Lot of things has changed since then, missed a lot of opportunity.

Hmmmmmmm, so in ur case coz. of incorrect draft you have suffered. May be you might have got another BFD coz. of that and ur file might have left alone waiting for BFD.
It's long time now. Hope ur file might have opened again and you might receive good news soon.

My BFD as per old passport request email is 22nd July. What did u write to CIC, pls give some guidance

I wrote them to enquire about my status, giving details of last documents submitted to VO i.e RPRF, PCC, PP's and medical receipt. Also requested them to let me know if any further documents are required from my side or not ?

I understand ur frustration. But even after writing mail to CIC, we are not getting the answer we are waiting for. Either one doesn't get reply of mail or one get's standard reply like what Mahi got . i.e neither mahi is clear about his status nor anyone of us can say what is status of mahi after reading the mail of CIC. It only says it is under review and that we all very well know.

According to Qorax, BFD is for about three months. If that is the case I should expect the processing to resume again.

I wish there was a collective way which we could channel our efforts and frustration and send a message to CHC as a group rather than individuals.

I know you are right Silent. Probably we would never get a customised reply from VO but also I never wanted to mail them and din want to disrupt thr processing...but hey u see, we hav come to a stage where all of us are treated as if we never applied for anything

Applicants like Bhavik Patel (with all due respect to him and his application) sent his passport on 6th June and got to DM today.

Yes this is what is more frustrating than anything else. Seing someone much afterus receiving his visa increases our hopes and then their u go again we are still waiting that is killing. Not that i am against anyone moving ahead but what i really wish to know why this dicrepency.

See the timelines of Bhavikpatel, he applied even after we recd our PER. Now this is asking for too much from us. All said and done whatever we feel today is bound to happen. We may all have good and congratulatory words for everyone but deep down inside we feel frsutrated and jeolous. No offence to anyone pls before anyone misunderstands me here.

This is my honest confession, i do wish good for everyone but it hurts inside. WE ARE HUMANS AFTER ALL.

I have the same feelings always+. No hard feelings but for how long are we gonna congratulate applicants who have applied much later than us?? If VO can pick up passports to stamp visas received by them just 3 weeks ago than it is injustice to us sitting here waiting and sending queries like fools for so long.
