POST 26TH JUNE: MEDICAL AND PP SUBMISSION DURING MARCH 2011

hi friends,
i have submited my Medical on 22th March and also sent my passsport.
But still i am waiting for visa.
anyone can tell me how much time it take to get visa after medical?

Just imagine only 6 visa officers to handle bulk of the cases. No onder there is delay and obviously random selection. Also goes to show our theory that may be we are being treated as pre-june as somewhere down in the passage it is mentioned they are trying to speed up cases under the new bill and will not be able to reduce the backlog

My friend is not happy with me as i have not followed his advice to write to Minister Kenny. Once the tracker is updated, i will mail it to him so that he can get an idea that the whole March lot is waiting.

ya u are right silent... well these many ppl are only from forum just think there might be many ppl in the country who would have sent their PPs in March

Yes thats true cos as it is forum represents only about 4% of total applicants hence thinking about the rest 96%, it would make it a huge number of people awaiting. To be honest with you all - all my travel plans have been jeopardized (along with hell lot of things)because of ths bullcrap long wait. Had planned to fly in the 3rd week of June and here we're still awaiting visas. The sort of foolish clarifications that I had to offer; be it to my landlord or in the office have been crazyyy. Made me look like a fool

Indeed it has been very frustrating but where does ths road end? Though it has to end somewhere and we can all hope that it is not far away!!
