@Bryanna

1. Well i remember everything about staying/growing up in ksa... Australia + Pakistan. I've mentioned each every detail with dates and duration of my stay in Saudi, Australia and Pakistan. I've sent a copy of my old passports with a exit/re-entry stamps are on basically every page on my passport plus the visas's of the country i have visited in the past. My Australian Business Tax returns copy of my business registration certificate etc etc.

2. I dont think i have not disclose any information.... I was never removed or refused from any country in my life.

3. I have legit reasons coz of my parents health/ Property / Personal issues in Pakistan. (its been an year and you know a lot of things can change at the time i applied it was different i was goin back to Australia and then later i couldn't )

4. Yes i have provided all the legal evidence like ( Pakistani Gov registered marriage certificate + My wedding setup pics + my wedding day pics with both families groom & Bride...you know how our weddings are huge arrangements big setups 300-400 ppl).

5. No one in my entire family ever applied or refused for Canadian visa. (In-laws are all Canadian by birth).

(My father-in-law asked his Canadian lawyer friend to run a BG check on me and it was all clear)
The visa office may/may let you know the reason for the interview in advance. In case you get a call from them, you could ask. But don't count too much on it.

In the meanwhile, I suggest you start compiling documents for each of these points. Make separate sections for each of these points + file the documents in a folder.

And, do check/recheck that your answers match these documents.

For your marriage, I suggest you also include chat transcripts, phone records and emails (not running into hundreds of pages.... just key exchanges that go back to several months before your marriage, if possible). The idea is to prove you/your wife know each other very well

It's not as simple as that. If that were the case, the visa office already has these documents. So, no, you really need to think very hard about each of these points.... and you must have any/every document at hand to prove your case.

Remember you have one chance to make the difference.... and to get the TRV. So, do go really well prepared.

The visa officer(s) could try to 'confuse' you just to check whether or not your answers remain the same.

You need to prepare two sets of all these documents - one set for yourself and the other set in case you need to give it to the officer. You can post the broad list of documents you intend to carry along so we can advise

@Bryanna

Could you please tell a little more about what other docs I should prepare ?
Like other than I submitted with my application ?

I asked my wifey to email me our old convos + I have got confirmation emails with her name and address on from different Canadian websites Coz I sent her lots of gifts,chocolates and flowers before our wedding.

At this point in time, I have no idea/still guessing what triggered off those extensive background checks. You would possibly know why or at least you can risk a guess.

This would help.... BUT it is not the reason why the visa office wants to interview you, after all it is not a spousal PR interview. That said, it is a good idea to take this evidence too to the interview

You're missing the point. YOU must prepare for all kinds of scenarios. You don't get a second interview to attend.

You cannot wait to see what the visa officer has to say. My best advice to you: Do not take this interview lightly

She did not ask anything. The visa officer(she) just told her to explain the whole situation in her own words. After my finace finished, she visa officer told that since my fiancé has applied for PR, so she should not overstay as it will negatively impact her application.
And then she told that her application is approved and she should expect the PPR by tomorrow.

Actually some 10 people came for interview and everyone got approved. Might be a good day! I’m just waiting for her PPR+ 10 days stamping time and getting the PP back. Have tickets booked for 1st May. Close Call.
