The visa office may/may let you know the reason for the interview in advance. In case you get a call from them, you could ask. But don't count too much on it.@Bryanna
1. Well i remember everything about staying/growing up in ksa... Australia + Pakistan. I've mentioned each every detail with dates and duration of my stay in Saudi, Australia and Pakistan. I've sent a copy of my old passports with a exit/re-entry stamps are on basically every page on my passport plus the visas's of the country i have visited in the past. My Australian Business Tax returns copy of my business registration certificate etc etc.
2. I dont think i have not disclose any information.... I was never removed or refused from any country in my life.
3. I have legit reasons coz of my parents health/ Property / Personal issues in Pakistan. (its been an year and you know a lot of things can change at the time i applied it was different i was goin back to Australia and then later i couldn't )
4. Yes i have provided all the legal evidence like ( Pakistani Gov registered marriage certificate + My wedding setup pics + my wedding day pics with both families groom & Bride...you know how our weddings are huge arrangements big setups 300-400 ppl).
5. No one in my entire family ever applied or refused for Canadian visa. (In-laws are all Canadian by birth).
(My father-in-law asked his Canadian lawyer friend to run a BG check on me and it was all clear)
In the meanwhile, I suggest you start compiling documents for each of these points. Make separate sections for each of these points + file the documents in a folder.
And, do check/recheck that your answers match these documents.
For your marriage, I suggest you also include chat transcripts, phone records and emails (not running into hundreds of pages.... just key exchanges that go back to several months before your marriage, if possible). The idea is to prove you/your wife know each other very well
