I have a positve LMO and i am so confuse that my name is not written. and it will expire on sept. 5, 2012 does anybody knows or any idea regarding about this situation. should i apply for the work permit but i am afraid that they will deny my application because of my LMO

Ask your employer whether they have given your name to HRSDC. If they have not, they should do it immediately, so that you can apply for a work permit before the LMO expires. Goodluck!

someone told me that the LMO copy with applicant's name is just for the employer copy only...bt its better to hear more from the experts.

Its really heartening to see your time line.. Applied on 22nd sept 2012, AOR(Acknowledgement of receipt) 24th Sept 2012 and medical request 25th Sept 2012.
Did you receive your passport request yet??

I have applied at the Riyadh Embassy on 7th Oct 2012 and received AOR on 9th Oct 2012.
When can I receive my medical request?

Please do help me out with your experience with RIYADH Embassy.

anyways,when i send my papers they just ask me to send another needed document which is the family info form, im not sure if they ask this for all applicants but after i send this,i got an email from them informing me that they received it already,after a day they send again an email that they will send me my med request and pcc...maybe they are waiting also some more docs from you try to check ur emails.

this maybe delayed reply but for the sake of readers who can benefit here this is what i know...

unnamed lmo is like an open lmo. usually when an open lmo arrived and the selected applicant/s is/are ready to fill up; unnamed lmo will be re-submitted to the cic with the name/s of chosen candidate/s already on it. usually it takes a week or so to re-issue lmo this time filled with name/s. the employer is responsible naming the lmo. submitting an application with unnamed lmo may cause some delay of processing due to it will be verified to the employer if the lmo granted to prospective employee is really the candidate chosen to use the said unnamed lmo. i hope i help.
