As per my observation near about May 10th

Is it a problem if the updated mailing address is in the IRCC PR Portal and the ECOPR has already been received, but the previous mailing address is from the work permit that was approved after the ECOPR? Do I need to raise webform?

Near about 60 to 75 days from the date of P2

The median is 73 days as of now, so 73 days from 13 March is 25 May. (since it's a sunday, i would say last week of May)

I got my ecopr a few days ago, but on my PR portal, it still says "in review with IRCC", is this normal? will it change after they send out my card? Do I get an email notification when they send out my card? thanks in advance
