Yes both the document numbers match for the principal and dependent applicants in our case!

Just raise a webform stating your reason to leave and intention of coming back. I think you can also request for PRTD which will help you to re-enter Canada.

Wait you can get PRTD even if you dont have eCOPR and PR card?
