Anyone knows how much time we have for my outland spouse to send her passport for PR visa stamping?

P.S. If you are close to your 3-month mark waiting for the e-COPR, call IRCC. They will say they can't do anything, but I received my eCOPR 2days after calling them. Might be a coincidence but worth trying.
