Did you call? Has criminality passed ? Did the emabassy send your pcc to the visa office?

Any military or govt service? did you order gcms notes?

Both Eligibility and Background Check are in Progress. Last update was Medical Passed in July.
Spouse is still background check in progress, eligibility not started.

Where do we see Criminality part? I only see four parts, Biometrics, Medical, Eligibility and Background Check.

Yes, I called and they told me that the visa office has not received my pcc. Which is apparently normal for my country, they said to keep waiting.

everything is completed except security. Goes for C-check on august 22 nd and nothing since then
Pre-arrival letter received on october 3
still waiting for ppr

What can i do!!!

Ps: no military or gov background. no travel to usa or china
Spouce has excempt card from military and travel to italy for turism
me travel to malaysia for turism and india for intenship for only 5 months

Till date (15th Jul) waiting for further update.
