Thanks alot. Hoping that PNP applicant would see this and reach out to me as well.

Is this VO generally slow?

I've read through many pages of this thread and noticed many people were approved in 7 months or less. The main issue with this office seems to be the correspondence and not hearing anything for months.

Ok ;D so maybe I spoke too soon our background check changed to "In Progress" Today ... my heart is racing! Hopefully everyone else can get some good news today too

congrats...mine is not going to change until they received the other PC from Cuba...we applied for it in September but it has been 5 months no and NADA.

Congrats on that small but huge update misscoco. Any little movement we get we will accept. On my end just praying and hoping for some action soon from POS. Nothing since November.

Thanks everyone! I applied late November so it's just good to know they are really working and I hope it brings good news for you all. I think mine went into process quickly because I sent my husband directly to the embassy to drop off a fresh police record about 2 weeks ago. Or there's a secret spy reading these threads and read all my complaints lol

Lol @ secret spy. Every case is different and some process faster than others. Port of Spain doesn't seem to have a timeline that anyone can follow. Ppl from the Jamaica thread are getting through in a flash and not waiting forever like us. But then again maybe the spy is reading so get ur acts together POS!!!! Lol

lol I thought so at one point... ;D Ottawa, Jamaica and New Delhi...I have a friend that works with an immigration firm and she was saying her clients are getting PR in 4-6 months

Any idea if the trend for POs VO is to change BG to IP or some has gotten PPR where BG stayed at NN or NS?

Hi All

I am New to this thread as my file is now at POS VO since last December. I am in the Québec Skilled Worker Category (Anyone else hère from QSW?) and sent my file to federal last June and was transferred to POS in December. How long do i have to wait to do my medical request or for my file to be complete? There is not much info on this VO and they are taking long without any updates.

Welcome!!! There are two more of us apply via pnp and rest via spouse. We are all waiting for this VO to wake up. I got AOR Dec and 2aor January and since then no word from them.

Based on the previous members timeline, I though this VO would be fairly fast but I guest our apps reach at a bad timing.

Hey tntusr - when did your file reach POS VO? You are PNP-O as well right?

PNP Outland

Great, I finally found one other PNP-O applicant with the POS VO! I have been looking far and wide for a second person lol. Care to also join and communicate on the thread below as this one is primarily for Family Class?
