It could be a week or two for the website to be updated. When I say updated, its just the website saying POS has the app - from that point on, it's just a bunch of waiting.
and waiting..and waiting...this is where POS will be processing the application.
If there are any issues [questions, expired forms, further verification required] they will contact you (via your Lawyer [if you have a representative], OR your email).
**The following is my experience, and what I did - and my suggestions -- you do not need to follow it, nor is it a sure way - but its my way! and how I did things **
When my wife and I were doing the app, they told me it may take 3-6 months before they contact me again. Me being impatient, I contacted them every month [give or take] - for clarity you need to be smart on what you contact them about.
YOU DO NOT - Contact them and ask for their timeline, how long it will take etc... this is a no no. You will just get a snarky email or worse yet you don't want any negative attention - you don't want that.
WHAT YOU DO! - Contact them about your application process - Is there anything missing, any expire, any further questions they may have....is there any further documentation they need
Do you see the difference?
The way I see if, get in front of the 8-ball - and not behind it - when you behind it, its already too late. What i mean is, say for instance there was a delay, a missing file, question, verification, etc...by the time they get to communicating with you via letter, email, or your lawyer, it would be a week or two, or more. Why wait? If you were to randomly send and email (every month or so) and enquire you would get in front of it, maybe you would intercept, and catch one of these issues before it too late or delayed etc....
AGAIN THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE>> AND SUGGESTION - it's just a guide nor a for sure way or doing things. But at the end of the day, better be in front, than behind playing catch up, and getting ahead. Its already a up-hill battle, why make it harder.
Cheers
