I can't wait to read yours and to write mines how ever far away it may be. Today has been tough both my boys got sick with a bug that's goin around and they have been throwing up all day...took them to the doctor who says they should just ride it out...

Yeah I got the fever for 2 days, took over the counter stuff, and just hacked for the last two days. One thing, I noticed (providing they have similar to me), use the cough suppressant meds. until fever goes away and they start feeling better. But once the pain goes away (from the fever), they look better and start eating, take em off the suppressants. I continued for the 2 days after, and was like why am I still feeling like crap and still feeling the phlegm riding in my chest. Anyhow, I stopped last night, and this morning did a "coughing clean-out" in the shower" and somewhat good as new all day today. It will take a few days I hope to get raid of the chest cold.

This sickness going about is really hitting up people. So please take care of them kiddies and youself.

Omg u know what u are exactly right!!! The minute I gave him the cough syrup which also treats fever and pain..he has not thrown up since. It's amazing! Because he throw up alllll day yesterday but last night I gave him half a teaspoon and I actually had a peaceful night and I got sleep. So far I haven't gotten it myself. I'm so glad they are feeling better now

What am I? Umm some call me a jack@$$, others have more colourful names.... Lol

Its good to hear the kids are feeling better, but like I said, don't use it for more than a few days.

This may sound weird, but teach him to hack that stuff out, it's the only proper way.

After taking the meds for 3 extra days, Im now coughing with a weez n i know things are there, but not coming up.

Anyhow do the mom thing, you gat' this!
Again good to hear things are looking well.

Congrats on your passport request......I still cant believe that your process only took 3 months from start of your application to getting ppr.... port of spain sure a gwan with things... Kingston still a tek a long time still but they are moving though because this month along 10 or more person get there ppr and i been on the forum since 2012 and this is the first month that i see so many ppr in one month.

My application was very straight forward - Simple spousal sponsorship, but I did have a lawyer involved to assist with the process. Wasn't cheap..lol but I guess I'm glad I did or it just may be that POS office is working overtime..

All communication received was through the lawyer. I travel a lot for work so I'm unsure of the method.

Thanks for sharing your timeline... the timing couldn't have been better...

My husband was feeling a little down and depressed about the application... so not like him... all along he has been saying we going to hear in March. Yesterday evening after talking to him, I prayed and asked God for a sign that the end was in sight and just before going to bed I saw your post! I called by him up right away to tell him about the experience...

I am going to keep praying and just being patent while we wait to see some kind of update!
