Honey,
I couldn't resist your post anymore so I had to come back and respond.
Ok gyal, your hubby has to order CAIPS through CANADA at a fee of $5CDN. You will first have to sign a form, Authority to Release information and send it to your hubby so he can apply for it. You can sign and scan it over to him.
Now, your application is still early in processing and ordering CAIPS will not provide you with much information. I would wait until after 6-8 months have passed with no correspondence from the office. However, that never stopped me. I waited after 10 months to order my CAIPS but 5 bucks aint a million to order it a few times. If you wish to do it by November, by all means go for it.
As per your sending in additional documents in November, I would hold off on those until the VO asks for it because the more you send in stuff to them, the more it adds delay to your file. Each time they have to pull it out of filing and leave it in queue for the IO to put in the documents which again, adds more time to processing.
Build it all up as a evidence in a nice, pretty, easy to go through pile so you can present it to the IO should they ask at an interview or request it via mail. I would hold off for now, though.
If all goes well for you, meaning no interview, etc. I highly doubt you will be able to go back by year end. It takes a while for them to finalize the case, do PPR and then print the visa. Let's say you get a positive note from them in October-November, it will take about an additional 1-2 months to get the visa in your PP.
But hey, nothing beats prayers Miracles are bound to work
Hope this helps Honey. Ask away if you have any more questions.
Best
