Hello Nev and thank you so much :-*. We now have hubby's nice shiny new visa inside the passport and finally my hubby believes it ;D. We are very happy and feeling grateful. We went for a swim today and said a prayer of gratitude for this process being over. You will know the feeling soon (praise God) and it is an unbelievable relief. Blessings.

Yay for C&T, so happy for you all! Congratulations on COPR-lol I don't even know what that stands for. All I know you all got the passport back AWESOME

thanks LouisFam - COPR = Confirmation of Permanent Residence. When the passport gets picked up with the visa in it, they also give you a paper called the COPR. That is a form/paper they attach the photo to. I believe this paper is given to immigration when landing and is used for the PR card when it gets issued.

You should be getting your passport back soon too! They also gave back the entire package of proof we submitted. Blessings.

So, my husband finally finished his interview. He said everything went very good. NOW HE HAS TO DO ANOTHER PROCESS SINCE HE GOT DEPORTED IN MARCH OF 2012. now we are just waiting on an email so he can finally get everything done and over with.

Hello IMP, glad to hear things went well for your hubby. Did the IO give any idea of timeline or say anything? Sometimes they will tell the person they passed, or they find the marriage genuine etc. Sounds positive, so that's good. Blessings.

Omg CDNandTrini ,did i read that correctly passport in hand with visa?, that's awesome,this is finally over,and like i said before carry hubby back with you,it will be a wonderful experience for you both . I will be in the same situation at some point when it's my turn (could it be your talking about the ARC ????? and did they pressure him during the interview process what was that like too.
