Hope everyone had a blessed weekend. We're still without anything to report. Took the advice to email POS asking about our status to send new communications docs, haven't heard anything yet We haven't received any requests for additional info or anything, so we're hoping that's a sign that all is well and they're just doing what they gotta do.

Did they ask for the pspt yet?? I just hope my hubby dosent have to redo is medical since he is from Dominican republic and has a work permit in Anguilla, and needs a visa for st-Martin... Like complicated order u know!!! Lol...and medical expire in sep... God please spare me and him from that.. And u too since I notice that yours is in July ...

Picked up my passport with the visa today! Now I just have to book my flight So happy that this is done and over with!!! @Zouk hopefully you're up next!

@Fiera, no we have not received PPR yet, still waiting and hoping it comes soon! CIC recently implemented a new policy that allows the VO to request an extension on the validity of the medical exam without the applicant having to repeat it, so if we haven't been approved by then, it should not be an issue. I'm really hoping it doesn't come to that though :

Hey everyone...a small but important update!!!

Ecas now says medical results have been received!
This is the second medicals for the kids.
So maybe they were serious to have this done by August...fingers crossed.

I have a question. I know this is not a visitor visa forum, but ours has been sent out and we are currently awaiting a decision. When you apply for a visitor visa to POS, do you get results via email also, or do you have to wait til it comes in the mail and open your passport before you find out if you got the visa? Thanks!
