If memory serves me correctly, I think the meds have to be submitted within 6 months of the exam date, and the police checks within 3 months

Thanks Zouk If it drags out more than 3 months Im giving up on a visitor visa! lol. So I think we're still good. Does it matter that the letters will be sporadically dated? My dad wrote the first letter of support for the PR in early May, I have some from late May from others, one from my mom in early June.. hopefully they don't "age-out" ??? OR... maybe it's a good thing because it shows support over time.. lol.. I'll go with that one (less stressful)

When is Admiral landing? I hope I didnt miss it!

Yeah, I don't see there being issues with the dates on the support letters, just make sure that altogether you have evidence leading up to the time you apply

TRV applications are processed in 10 days, so you should know what's happening fairly soon

what's going on with POS, no more approvals, this is crazy. Seems like they have slowed down. Admirable i know you must be on your way by now if you haven't gotten there yet but still wishing you safe travels love. Can't wait to hear your landing story. @ Bajeinwaiting I have a look in on most days, but POS have seem to have truly gone asleep, so there is not much activity to comment on.
Still waiting to get my OHIP sorted, but everything else is done. Went to see a Job Skills Councillor yesterday. This will give me some help, with resume, cover letters and how to access unadvertised jobs etc.
I am really busy at home tho. trying to get the back yard all sorted as the wife will be using it for a BBQ later in the summer for her grandson's birthday.
We have been getting some hot weather but so far this week we had 2 electric, thunder storms. 1 Monday evening and another not too long ago. Lots of rain.
Come on POS get some families moving.

Glad to hear you are progressing and keeping busy Smokie...We planned a trip to ottawa and a barbecue when i get there as well..I love Montreal summers. Canada is really feeling the heat, it's a heatwave in the US and there as well, but you have to take the good with the bad.

Ummm...not sure, we got a letter acknowledging receipt and saying that the sponsor was approved and the file was being transferred so I guess the date for AOR would be Jan 15 too, that was the first correspondence we got from them.

Also, I got a call from the POS office yesterday saying that my passport and documents are ready to be picked up. This process is finally over! yay!

Medical done september 22th 2011 in St-Maarteen.... Only doctor for Anguilla...
Papers sent to CP-Missisauga november 15th 2011
AOR january 18th 2012
Febuary 15th 2012 communication saying missing my husband kids medical...witch im not sponsoring....but had to doo..They were giving me 2 months to resolve...I was in Anguilla till febuary 18th..got back from vacay with that in the mailbox...Fine i called both yes both mothers,to get all togher and do it...flew down to Santo Domingo...march 1st and came back to Montreal with everything in hand
Sent all that on march 13th (kids medical ,bc traduce,more pics, more calling cards etc etc)
April 30th got confirmation by e-mail that my sponsorship is KK
May 1st apply for CSQ (Quebec)
May 23rd receive CSQ!!!

So that is mi time line...and can t wait to be over and be with my hubby.
