@ Jerrynyc The current processing time is 13 mths from the POS office & that's for 80% of the cases.

Sending out my pp today. This rain won't stop! I absolutely h8 driving in the rain....SMH!

On the flip side, still looking out for more updates from POS before the week ends. Let's goooo!!!!

congrats again to all who got their PPR's and COPR's..I'm thinking i may get mine in June, my meds expire in July so I;m hoping that I don;t have to redo them, but I'm putting God in the forefront and praying for all us to get some news before the month ends.

Yeah, that would be really nice to hear somthing later this month - early next month. My meds expire end June and my PC's expire mid June. Don't want to redo either of them but if I have to, hopefully they wouldn't ask for a UK PC as I have not lived there for 7 years now.

@Smokijoe I'm hoping more pprs are issued before the end of April. Why don't you apply for the UK Police Clearance just in case they ask for it? You don't want anything to hold up this already long process. Any country you've lived in over the age of 18, you must submit clearances.

For those of you with soon to expire meds, contact the office and notify them of this so they can push to finalize your files before the expiration of these time sensitive docs.

Admirable, it takes 3 weeks to get a UK Police Clearance (but it's a bit expensive and you have to pay in £ sterling) and it takes 2 weeks to get one here in Barbados, so I believe even if they do ask for them it will not put me out too long.
Happy that you sent off your pp's. hope they add the visas for both yourself and Bajie asap and return them to you both.
The wife comes to visit next Tuesday & she stays for a month, so I'll send POS a CSE late next week to see if I can get anything out of them.

Poking my head in to say congrats to Admirable on the PPR!

Smokijoe, if you have not been back to the UK since making the application, you may be exempted from needing to provide another UK clearance. I had to get an FBI clearance, and when I got my PCC re-do information, they asked me to get a new one, or prove I had not been back to the US since 2010 (last visit before applying). I copied all the pages of my passport with entry stamps to the US and Jamaica, did a neat timeline of all of them, and asked that they apply the exemption to my case. They had no issues with this, and I did not have to get a new FBI clearance.

@SmokiJoe Well 2 weeks isn't bad at all if they do request it. I have a feeling they won't. I don't think you should even ask them about obtaining one either.

This could be a problem for me. You see because i have an EU passport they do not stamp it when entering or leaving the UK.
I suppose tho, that if I can prove each of my entry stamps into my home country can correspond with/to another to Canada (which is the only place I've travelled to since submitting app) I should be fine.
Hopefully I get a call b4 and it doesn't come to any of this. lol.
