Hi Millslu and rest of the POS family... Mostly just lurking here too. Given that we have seen very little movement from POS, I think all of our spirits are very low and I wonder at times if this will ever end. Give us something POS.
How was carnival Millslu?

@Millslu, thanks for thinkin of me.. I have been down since leaving him behind.. it's always so hard to do once you get used to being with the person you love everyday to just tear yourself away and go back to this waiting game... ugh.

I have another giant medical licensing exam at the end of this month, so it's helping to keep my mind off this a little bit.. but not as much as I'd like.

Hope all you lurkers are doing okay too.

C'mon POS.. we seriously need SOMETHING.. this is getting ridiculous.

No word since they replied to my cse about it saying that the officer has our file and will let us know next step. I asked if we should redo them or wait and she just said wait to see what the officer says. So.. I'm waitin still. Lol

Sooo. I check the online Ecas. I think that's what it's called. And it changed for me today. It said a decision has been made on our application!!!! I think that's good news. It used to say that they were working in our application on dec 3. Now that date changed to July 12. So I called the lawyer he didn't get no fax or email or regular mail.
Does anyone know if this is a good sign. Or a trick? If its real how will we get our letter. Via mail?

Like im going a bit crazy. Why didn't they just write the decision on the status. Maybe they didn't write it because its bad news? And the letter in the mail is an explanation why. Like its so frustrating hanging on this thread. Could it be bad news since the decision wasn't written on the site?

@gigi did u click on the decision made, what does it say? Don't think negative, I'm sure its good news, u may get a letter, but they might send it to your representative...think positive....copy and paste what ur ecas says so we can see and help u determine the news, I know its positive...

yeh @ canadatrini i hope @ missd is ok she just left her husband she must be a little under the weather, how are you doing, i hope you are fine, it feels like POS is not doing anything it has been so quiet in this forum for 7 months except for a little action here and there.

i keep wondering if anyone from pos office ever landed this year. well we will keep guessin and wondering.

Doing fine millslu. Our Kingston office buddy, Maddants, his wife just posted that he has an interview date and decision made on both sides of their e-cas and he has to bring his passport. How can the decision be made before the interview? Maybe I did not read far enough back on the posts. It still sounds pretty promising though so at least we know Kingston is working ;D. Hi Behopeful, I think you are right, things are a bit "low and slow" for folks now and yes sometimes we all have to step away and get our minds on other things. Still waiting to hear about the job, thanks for asking. They are a bit pokey in their decision making timeline so I am still hopeful. If not, onto the next one Blessings!

Decision made is definitely a sign that you are at the end! Remind me again, did they keep the passport after the interview? (sorry, different stories are blurring in my mind now). Decision made always comes after they've completed your file, especially with POS. Ecas never shows any details on the decision, just says the office will be in contact with you regarding the decision. In the typical process where you've sent in your passport (and whatever else they requested in the PPR), decision made means your package is back on its way to you. If you send in your passport with a prepaid return envelope, then just keep checking the courier's site to see when you can expect it to arrive. If you're visa exempt or just waiting on COPR, they might send it via snail mail, which could take 1-3 weeks depending on the applicant (or lawyer's) address. Sometimes even when you use a lawyer/consultant, they will still send the documents to the applicant. I guess this is mostly general info, gigi refresh my memory on the specifics of your case and maybe I can answer more specifically to you?

Either way, this means movement at POS, so everyone say YAY!!!! As I said before, this process comes to an end right when you're about to have yourself voluntarily committed due to the insanity of it all. Seems a few people are nearing/have reached that point, so I say that means more finalized applications on their way! Stay Blessed folks. Hahaha maybe...just maybe ;D Our experience culminated with my husband literally chasing down the DHL plane at the airport and physically removing his approval package, so there's a whole lot of crazy to go around

Hey guys. I'm driving. So I might spell wrong. They did not keep his passport. Which I thought was weird. But the lawyer said it was fine. And I know we still need to apply for the arc. So I'm hoping it has info on that. If they say no. I'll die. I'm trying to attach a picture I took of what the page looks like but there's not attachment thing on this forum that I could see.
