BTW. went to collect my digicel phone read out, the embassy was dead looking..few ppl about after 3 pm and about 3 white guys (employees?) smoking out side the embassy office.

I am not trying to copy your pseudonym but I am bit confused and scared myself. :'(. I am a newbie and I hope to learn from you all. At the moment trying gather all supporting docs since they need to be sent all at once. But is is so overwhelming since there are so many types of doc that we need to prepare . What if after I invest my time and effort (including money) it gets rejected? Well, I guess I try to be optimistic and hope for the best.

It's always a monopoly for every applicant going through CIC. We all need to be optimistic and hold strong minds for what is yet to come.

Why don't you tell us a little bit about your background and where you stand in the application processing. Some things we may not be able to provide you answers but I am certain we all can put in a few advise on the parts of the processing that we all have to go through like medicals, PCC, etc.

Hello All. I'm just a Kid! I'm eight Teen years of age and I also want some advice from you guys! if you can advice me please before you use this forum I'm glad if you can Email me to my email address! My Dad Didn't put me on the application when he was going to Canada Cos He was scared that he would be rebuffed a Visa! My Mom and him Got separated in 1999 he Married a Canadian Citizen and Got through to go Canada. he support me to the last until presently right now! Now due to the error he made on the application he had to seek a Lawyer! The lawyer made me done Medical's School Letters, papers that he used to support me from the Date which he started to present! Pictures Etc! These things were Done in Advance! Then the Lawyer Submitted the application to Montreal instead of Mississauga. They Transferred it to Mississauga and In June Mississauga Send it to Port Of Spain For processing of the file no response it's now November no response. My Mom passed away last November 14th I'm separated from Both parents I need my Dad please please God I need my Dad...I'm the only Child, no brothers no sisters. I'm praying daily! Please God let me have my Dad for Christmas this year cos last year I didn't have him neither my Mommy! PLEASE HELP! :'(

Its strange that you have not received an acknowledgement of receipt from the embassy. if a lawyer is following up on this for you then i am not certain if it is the lawyer that has to follow this up with the embassy?

Hey all,

I pray to god that Haiti doesn't get hit by a storm or something else to mess up the island again. If this ever happens, you know what will happen? Longer processing for POS because Gov't will feel sorry and send down a few apps to POS for priority processing ... argggghhhhhhh..... let's pray this is not the outcome. It already happened at the beginning of the year!

i hope to god they are processing....no word for anyone..its like they all went on vacation. my next date to communicate with them is December 16 a Thursday so i am anxiously awaiting this date...
