you know what bonita dont matter you almost there and they have replied to you, the worst thing is when they say nothing to you and month and month go on and you know nothing, for you its coming to and end for you and you will be home soon, am really happy for you bonita it took a year but its almost done. couldnt they give you an extension on your meds.?

ok so here is a little boring update...i wrote to POS for they have the passeport for 2 weeks ad meds are in Ottawa for 3 weeks...here is the reply

This refers to your E-mail below.
We did received your passport, passport photo etc. We have not received your medical results as yet from Ottawa. They have received your completed medical, but it is still in the assessment stage. Once this is completed and we receive the final result, your file will be finalized. We will contact you via E-mail when we are ready to return your passport with visa.

We hope the above information will be of assistance to you.

What do you guys think? How long for Ottawa to email POS?

I don't think it will be too much longer. Especially since POS replied to you. They will hopefully send a friendly reminder to Ottawa that they have your passport. They tend not to hold onto those for a crazy amount of time (and 2 weeks is long as it is), so hopefully really soon.

well it took 2 years, and meds were expired for more the a year when they asked for a redo.
I know, im almost there....but until we get the residency on our hands i wont be relax!!

Well, still no word from POS so far today. I've noticed that anytime POS sent me an email about my file, they sent emails in the morning, has anyone else noticed this as well? :

It's so frustrating for me and my wife, we're both waiting and glued to our emails, its so ridiculous, but realistic because we just want to be together.

haha you ever see that movie "Friday" with Chris tucker as smokee, lol smokeeeee smokeeee lol sorry that came in mind it such a funny movie. thanks for the support i just realize am the only one on the spreadsheet for june that havent gone through as yet, i am late june though. trying to figure out why POS is not moving we don't have enough June or even July members.

@Millslu, all my emails from them were received around 11am-noon'ish. I didn't know that... I had to go back and look lol. I'm tempted to contact them about that weird PO Box thing they did with my address, but they don't seem to respond to the CSE. I wish we had an email address to email to (like the KGN group does). Such is life.

I might order my notes at the end of this month if I haven't heard anything. I'm just afraid if I order them and see that nothing is done I'm gonna go bizerk. LOL So I'm holding off...

Oh please lawd let this be over soon.

....and as for receiving emails from POS, my wife and I seem to receive emails in the morning from them, so when 12noon rolls around, I figure that's it for the day....it's so ridiculous because when I wake up in the morning at 7am, I know POS has started their day and then the email checking every minute begins.....I wish one of us would get a response soon
I want my file in Kingston....I sent an case specific inquiry on Friday and again yesterday, I hope I hear something from them in this millennium....lol :

My address under sponsor is correct PO Box ### City.. but under hubby's info it has my address (because I am his contact person) but they have it written just as ### City (they are missing the PO BOX part)... I'm just worried since it does not say PO BOX in front of the number, they will think it's a street number and not a box number. I think I will send them a CSE about it just to be sure.

As for notes, I meant immigration notes. See whats happenin with my file

sorry louise but you have to post 10 times before you can do your timeline but still let me welcome you to the POS forum I am millslu and on your right is missd who is in charge of this forum she is very knowlegable about the running and also she will place you on our spreadsheet. as for the spreadsheet it has al the applicants timeline and when they got and will get their PPR. in the meantime could you tell us a little more about yourself or your timeline

missd doesn't it give you the option of changing your address as for your applicant you have to send them an email, I had the same issue with mine and my wifey sent them an email to change it, for some reason it changed when we had the blackout of e-cas and when it came back it was adjusted so we don't know if it was the black out or if they got the letter or if they are actually working on our file.
