Good morning everyone!

Thanks to everyone for the input in my question.

I think I will continue to wait before sending in a visitor VISA request. I would really like my husband to visit, but may be a huge let down if he doesnt get approved. And I think I had a moment of I will do ANYTHING to get my husband here last night. I'm sure we all have moments of highs and lows. Anyways, on we go with the waiting game and maybe in a few months I will consider the VISA again.

Unfortunately, I don't think there ARE that many POS applicants on this site that aren't already in this group.. sigh. I wish I could go find them all and make them all come here so I could stalk their timelines LOL.

I got depressed and thought of applying for a visitor visa but I know this would never work for us particuarly because he was denied a visit visa already

yes that is true unless you give the visa office a reason for him to come back, usulallly they either want to see some money is his bank account no way is he gonna leave that lol. when did carnival in PO start and when did it end.

Well he had money in the bank! They still denied him.

Now he has his own business I am thinking we would try but with a wife in Canada I cant see them approving that.

Carnival started on Monday ended yesterday. But today is Ash wednesday so it might be a holiday too

Well, I've been trying to set little "dates of anticipation" where I realistically expected to hear something on our file. Like, I expected to get an AOR from POS before Christmas and was pleasantly surprised to get it in November! So that felt great... But then I said, given how fast POS got my AOR out and how fast those ahead of me were going, I expected to get "In Process" or some contact by Valentine's Day... this deadline, however, does not look like it's going to happen. So now I don't even know when to pick the next date as... It helps to have something to look forward to but there's no dissecting their processing sometimes..

COME ON POS! You were movin so fast in November and December! Let's get a move on and make some people happy. Carnival over.. time for reuniting us with our loved ones!

i feel your pain missd tomorrow will be 5 months since i got the AOR from them 5 months and all i got was a e-cas black out and more confusion lol

Not a problem hun, trust me iron sharpens iron, we might be at different visa offices but we're all going through the same immigration craziness and all need to draw strength from each other... Keep your chins up..feeling some good news coming your way!!!
