@ missdominica why are you even on that list or even entertaining that list, most of the people there are not filling the same place you are filling which is POS should you find a spreadsheet with ppl in a common ground like this thread with everyone filing in POS? am just wondering

In my signature (at the bottom of my posts) are TWO spreadsheets. One is for people going through POS only and the other is people who applied in August. That August spreadsheet was really only helpful when we were waiting for stage 1 sponsor approval because I could see how fast stage 1 was going and estimate when we would receive it. There are tons of threads on here where people follow the month they started to compare to others (usually stage 1).

The POS list is also there in my signature and is what I follow now.

Correct. The POS one was the one I was referring to about things being up to date and stuff for 2012 as well. I do not know if the August list is up to date.

Lol - welcome to the spreadsheet! lol

AOR means Acknowledgement of Receipt. It's when the visa office emails or mails you to say that they received your application.

Dont want any drama either but this thread is quiet in the sense that not many people are on here! Would be nice to have a few more from POS to share experiences etc.

MissDominica, when was your file transferred to POS?

I am noticing a trend on the other forums. Many October file transfers are hearing something from their respective consulates in January! Some in-process, others interview requests and others even PPR! I am not just talking about one embassy here. Not to keep your hopes up but hopefully you will hear something soon.

@missdominica i don't think i ever got an AOR i applied June 27 got a letter file was transferred to POS Sept 14th got a letter and i think that's all in the letter category. lol wow you looking under all stones to get an answer i repect your determination @missdominica, i really hope u get called very soon. thanks for keeping hope alive @missdominica

Hey! If POS received your application in November 2012, that is an AOR. That means we are TIED for next lol! I also got my AOR in November... on the 28th

So according to the "timeline" I have been following on the spreadsheet (which may or may not be a good thing to believe), we are NEXT in the group to hear news...

Yes, it is a bit confusing when you get a letter AOR from POS because they sometimes just use the date that Mississauga received your application (June in your case, "We received your applicaion on June..") which makes NO sense because they actually got it in November. Mine said the same thing (We received your applicaiton in August lol) but it's just a short cut for them not to have to re-write a new date. So that confusing letter you got with a June date on it in November, was actually your AOR for POS Now you and wifey have something to celebrate instead of be confused about... That and overtaking my spot in line hehe

Hehe. You have to click on your OWN name and then on the left hand side in little blue writing, click the link that says "Forum Profile Information" and enter in all your dates/flag/signature information and save it and you will have a profile
