I thought ur ECAS went to in process already?

I know the feeling it is always nice to visiit but when the time draws near to return home, its sad. Hopefully that will all end soon.
Holidays went by okay. Got sponsor approval in 13 days so that was satisfying for me.

Wow that's really fast. No, I was hoping to get an "in process" update by christmas as I got my aor from pos in october but still app received for now

I just read a post called "IMMIGRATION REFUSAL" by Mrs BB and she had an interview in october and got her refusal recently by pos even though they had quite a abit of proof of relationship. She even accompanied her husband to the interview.

I feel sick.

True. Freaks me out though that there is at least ONE officer there who is not so nice or understanding about relationship and proofs.
I really hope I have sent enough to prove how much I am supposed to be with my man... Leaving our future up to "luck" freaks the hell outta me

@Miss Dca, don't let another's experience freak you out. While it's true that we're all here to be helpful n in this together, you also should remember that not everyone is putting all the details of their situation out here. I've seen several cases of people crying unfair rejection and presenting one side of their case, then when you learn the whole story it's totally different. So while someone's case may look similar to yours, they may in reality have tons of red flags that you don't, so don't let their outcome scare you. Stay positive girl!

Haha we've had a couple cold days but nothing too brutal yet, so he's doing fine. The week of Christmas was -25 but luckily we were both home, so we just felt sorry for the poor souls who had to go out in it lol

Hopefully I'll be around more now that things have settled down!

The doctor's photos would be different from the 8 photos. Call the doctor and ask how many you should bring as I find that it varies sometimes. I left my photos in the small brown envelope and attached it to the other c correspondence. The photos would have been stamped by the photographer so there's no need for you to write anything else on the back. Just label the envelope. That's all

i redo my medical in aug they also ask me for copies of all pages of my passport pages a police report 490 for rprf still have not recive any after that can anyone help me trindad visa office

My MP semms to be trying but is not receiving any answer as too why this is taking so long, every case is different and blablabla...almost 2 years with such an easy file...our 2 girls and i cannot take it no more!

So they haven't given u any indication at all as to what the hold up is? Like are there additional documents pending review or anything? POS can be slow but this is insane even for them! Keep on with those CSEs. When I called the office, that's what the person who answered said to do, since they are "not authorized" to release any information over the phone. She said email them everyday until you get an answer. You are outside the 80% processing timeline, so they have to provide a proper reason for the delay. Do you know if your background checks are an issue at all? That can hold up the processing quite a bit too...

Congrats on the progress Priestman and good luck! I'm sure you'll do fine. I wish I could help with the fingerprint thing, but I don't know anything about it.

Did you get the interview request by email or by phone? and did your status go into "in process" or did it change at all while they were working on your application? Thanks!
