Hahahahahaha Bim2Cdn, POS sent passport request to me. 4 days after i received an email from POS asking me to disregard the passport request. They said they will instruct me on what to do. POS just made me tired and i just felt like giving it up. Hope they will instruct me on what to do soon.

Thanks forum,hope all is good,well this year i love my xmas gift,
my hubby will be on the plane on dec18th,going home with me,
what more can i ask for.Thanks so much for all your help.
They call for the interview because somethings were not clear,about me
knowing my in'laws,but they asked about every detail on the application
form,just know your spouse inside out n it only took15minute
for the interviw and the rest was for getting the papers ready.
My hubby say he had a woman officer and she was really nice.

WHAT?!?!?!?! .....That is crazy!!!!
Don't give up now though....you're closer than when you first started.
I hope that they kick into high gear and issue a record number of COPR before the end of the year (including yours and mine of course ;D).

POS emailed my husband this morning stating that he was issued his visa and they requested him to come and pick up his passport Monday. right in the time for Christmas! It took us 6 months and a half, and I feel I am truly blessed. I wish you guys so much success and all the best with your applications, and hopefully if you guys have any questions or you need any help regarding your cases, feel free to ask me!!!!!!!!!

Congrats Jerry!!! Obviously getting to the end is always a blessing, but I think there's something extra special about arriving just in time for a special day or celebration. Any updates anyone? Nothing for me yet but I mailed my "updates" package of to them finally.

I'm anxious to hear from those who are waiting like me (Priestman, DanAwe)... I'm hoping since it's the last week before Xmas that they push out some more updates!

Update! I received a letter in the post requesting that I have a FBI Certificate of Good Conduct completed. The reason being, I resided in the US for two years while completing an MBA and I only returned home recently following graduation. This will delay my process a bit but everyone else should be fine. It is obvious that they are working pretty fast because the letter was done since earlier this month.

Does anyone know the way forward on this particular issue? Time frame, etc. I have to get my finger prints done and my only concern is that it is done to FBI standards so that I do not have to redo them. Please let me know if anyone has done this previously. Many thanks!

Congrats!!! Seems like they're in the final stages of getting ready to approve you and they just need a few last things to tie up the loose ends! That's great news! I have never lived in the USA so I can't help you with FBI stuff, but I'm sure someone here can once they pop their heads in tomorrow.

DanAwe...you are so close! I dont know to much about FBI certificates but if I remember correctly it sometimes is a lengthly process. Search the forum and you might find the right info! The quicker you get it started the better. Good luck to you!

As for me...1 month until the hubbys interview! Can you tell I am counting down the days. lol Getting final documents together and printing a few more pictures to bring along with us. At this point in time...I am not stressing because I can only do what I can do. No worries here....just going with the flow. Heck..if he forgets something in the application, its not the end of the world! We are only human
