I am Mazhar, presently I am resident of UK, but I lived in Dubai for three years. I have applied for skilled Category to come to Canada under point basis. I need to submit the police clearence certificate to CIC. What is the formate and who will issue me the required certificate from Dubai?

I am a Bangladeshi citizen, visited egypt back in 2010-2011 three times total of 154 days, which is less than 6 months. All my visa was tourism purpose. I am trying to obtain PCC through egypt embassy at Dhaka. They said it is not required for people went other than work purpose.
Can anyone help me to know the procedure for PCC from Egypt.

PCC is required only for those countries that you have stayed for 6 months or more else you don't need.

A follow up question on PCC, do we also need a PCC for our home country where we have our citizenship as well ?
Example if im an Indian citizen applying for Canada, would i need a PCC from India as well ?
