i would like to draw your kind attention to this issue|:
i collected my police clearence certificate dated on november 28, 2009 and sent my initial application to the CIC,Canda on december 03,2009 but yet i gut no reply.the validity of the certificate will remain upto may 03 ,2009. will this |"clearence certificate |"satisfy the CIC, CANADA inStruction at |"|overview "

"You may begin to gather your police certificates before submitting your application to the CIO. Although you will not submit the police certificate to the CIO, you must be ready to submit them to a visa office if your application is recommended for further assessment at a Canadian visa office. When you submit the application to the Visa Office please ensure that your certificates were not issued more than three months before you submitted your application to the CIO.|"
does it mean that the validity of collected clearence certifiate expires soon|!
or should i apply for the clearence certificate again but it is too a hard job here.
looking for your recommendation

PCC is valid for 3months and by the time you get responses from CIO based on your submission date of 2-Dec,2009,it will be invalid.
Pls wait for response from CIO before applying for PCC as you will be given 120days to send all supporting docs to CHC.
Good luck
Benny

WRONG. Please read the instructions, p. 20. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf

"When you submit the application to the visa office please ensure that your certificates were not issued more than three months before you submitted your application to the CIO."

Imu, your PCC is OK, assuming you get approval from CIO.

Yes it clearly says "CIO " Central Intake office. They will not be valid if they were issued more than 3 months before submission of application to CIO.

sorry Benny, but u r NOT right......jes_ON is right...u can prepare them after the date of CIO receiving ur application..in this way no problem for ur visa office to accept them....
