Hi .. Need clarification on PCC validity and MC validity.

I am an indian citizen getting married to a Canadian PR in this april and planning to fly along with him to canada by May2010 and apply for PR(outland) by june2010.

-> Is that ok if i apply for my PCC and MC now and take them with me while going to canada??

-> How long is a PCC and MC valid??

-> where to apply for PCC and MC in India and how long does it take to get PCC and MC ??

Really appreciate your valuable response.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
i think u have to wait coz MC valid for one year and PCC valid for 3 months.

so apply for that when u r ready for summit your file in visa office.

Is it possible to apply for PCC and MC in canada if i stay(visit visa) there during my PR processing by showing my old PCC and MC??

PCC is valid if it is issued less than three months before your PR application. You can get Medicals done only after CHC asks you for it.

You can get your PCC and MC after moving to Canada also

No, proof that the medical was taken has to be submitted with spousal applications.
Also I assume that the OP has a TRV for Canada, because Delhi is unlikely to issue one so that she can visit Canada with her spouse and then submit an application.
