Hi all ,
I would like to know if we need to submit Police clearance certificate from canada too apart from the one from our home country ?
I understand that the PCC from our home country should be issue no more than 3 months at the time of the submission of the aplication.
What is the valid time period of the canada police issued PCC ?

Thanks in advance

You don't have to submit PCC from Canada.

CIC may request it at a later date, if they find any thing suspicious with your name (matching with someone who has a criminal history)

Please, carefully read Instruction Guide. You will find there answers for many questions.

You and your family members who are 18 years of age and older and are not permanent residents or Canadian citizens must provide:

valid police certificate, or
police clearance, or
record of no information.
These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six (6) consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.
