Hi Friends, have a quick question. I was in Singapore from Nov 2011 till Feb 2016. In March 2016 i moved to Canada. Now i have to apply for citizenship, do i need Police clearance from Singapore?

If you handed a Singapore PCC with your PR application, you don't have to. If not, you need to provide one.

I submitted till June 2015 but i was there till Feb 2016

yes you need to submit a SG pcc since your spend > 183 days in SG within last four days. your pcc needs to cover this period when you were in SG.
